During my stay, I really enjoyed the spacious and comfortable room that had beautiful oversized onyx tiles in the shower and warm, friendly staff who provided excellent service, which really added to our overall experience. plus, being just around a kilometer away from the Cleveland Botanical Garden made it easy for us to spend an afternoon walking among the flowers and natural beauty.

We stayed for 3 nights in a spacious Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The evening tour led by Steve was a major highlight! The historical features of the building blew us away, especially the stunning architecture and rich stories shared. We loved having easy access to great restaurants nearby.

However, the shuttle service was disappointing. They only service locations within a three-mile radius, which limited my options for getting around. Also, there was confusion regarding room service as they mentioned being understaffed. Overall, the staff was warm, but I did feel a lack of communication regarding the shuttle. I could have enjoyed my stay more with clearer information and better service management.
